Return Policy and More

Turn Around Time:

• RTS (Ready-To-Ship) orders are currently at about a one week TAT
• Pre-Orders will be stated on the item when the item will be RTS. If the date changes, we will update the item on the site. 
• If for some reason, an item is out of stock you will be contacted with the choice to replace, or be refunded for the item. 
• CUSTOMS- Customs can take 1-2 weeks (most likely 1 week or less) to prepare. 

Shipping:

• Flat Rate Shipping- $5 for First Class Mail with Tracking. 
• First Class Mail takes anywhere from 2-5 days. 
• If you do not receive your item please contact natasha@microclothing.com
• If you need your item faster than First Class Shipping please contact natasha@microclothing.com and we will get it to you when needed! 
• UPS and USPS Priority also available

Returns:

• CUSTOM items may not be returned.  (Unless there was an issue or damage to the item). This includes ALL rep pre-orders. 
• All other items may be returned within 15 days of purchase.
• Please contact natasha@microclothing.com BEFORE shipping. 
• We do not charge a re-stocking fee, but you will have to pay for the shipping of the item back to us.  
• If you need a different sizes, we are happy to exchange, please contact natasha@microclothing.com
